Nostalgia Antiques & Soda Fountain occupies a building in historic downtown Bowie that housed a pharmacy and soda fountain as far back as 1894 under proprietor Tubby Wilson. After decades of vacancy the space was restored in 1993 to its 1890s character. Today it blends antique pottery, vintage knickknacks, and café seating along a nearly 18-foot pine counter. The soda fountain serves Dr Pepper with vanilla syrup, cherry limeades, and the signature 'Old 400' — crushed ice, ice cream, and milk topped with whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry. The menu also includes stew, sandwiches, patty melts, and chicken or tuna salad plates. Open Tue–Sat 10 AM–4 PM.
